have you done the other important bits.
hold down 's' and the two mouse buttons while booting.
then disable ALL your harddrives...and other bits, leaving only DF0:
then select the 'boot with no startup' and then hold down
's' and the two mouse buttons again.
now run the flash program - the one from v3.vapor.com will do fine!

you might also have to use the other options for the program - its mentioned
in the README file for the flash program... i think its FORCE or something
like that
